Refund Policy
Free 14-Day Return
You may return your purchase for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving the item. We will cover the shipping and return costs.
Requirements
All item must be returned in unworn condition and in its original packaging, including:

Original tags attached

Lenses free of scratches, marks, or damage

Protective films on lenses and frames intact

Original case, cleaning cloth, and all accessories included
Items that has been worn, damaged, altered, adjusted, or customized (including lens replacement or fitting) will not be accepted for return.
If your order included a bonus gift, both the eyewear and the gift must be returned to qualify for a refund.
Worn items will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Judex Moda reserves the right to refuse a refund, store credit, or exchange for any item returned incomplete or in a non-resalable condition due to negligence, misuse, damage, or abuse. Customers will be notified if a return is rejected.
All documents and accessories included with the original order must be returned.
If an item was sold with a promotional gift, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund. If the gift is not returned, the customer will be debited accordingly.
Tracking Says Delivered, But You Don’t Have It?
All Judex Moda orders are shipped with signature-required delivery and official proof of delivery, keeping loss or theft rates extremely low.
Packages may be signed for by a neighbor or household member. A package not signed by the intended recipient cannot be claimed as lost solely for this reason.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must notify us within 2 days of the delivery confirmation email. Customers are required to submit a claim with the courier immediately.
We will investigate with the local courier. In confirmed cases, a replacement item will be provided free of charge. Refunds are not offered in these situations.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If a package is unclaimed or refused, a €49 handling and return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will only be processed once the package has been successfully returned to Judex Moda and signed by Us.
